| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change 6 Part Brown {2536 Plant, Tree Palm Trunk - (Undetermined Connector Version) to 2536c Plant, Tree Palm Trunk - Short Connector, Axle Hole with 4 Inside Prongs}
Comments from Submitter:
I am embarrassed how long this has been staring me in the face. I got this set new in 1990-1991. But my brother and I heavily modified it and when I started this project over a year ago I checked and there was no palm tree on mine and I could not find any palm tree sections sitting in my childhood Lego bin. So I have despaired how hard it would be to track this information down. Today I was just checking to see if I needed to keep a vintage parrot I got in a set and I just happened to notice that my palm tree on is really tall. Well that's because it is all of my palm tree piece from 6270 and 6276. All are C variant!

I can confirm this as I have the same variant. I own this set since the early
nineties and it is still in its original box. It is very unlikely that the parts
have ever been mixed with other sets.
Interestingly, my 2563 Tree Palm Base also has an axle hole with 4 inside prongs.
