I bought a sealed 6377. I can see through the plastic window that tt comes with
black 3003old and two trans-red sprues. I cannot see the trans-green one.
I have bought 4 copies of 6377: 3 American and one Canadian. All comes with black
hinges
Two of them are in near new condition. We know these hinges are produced since
early 1985. but unfortunately I cannot see them -or find them) through the plastic
window in my sealed copy.

The
were added to the inventory along with a bunch of others back in 2005. I do not
have further information to look back on in relation to this large list of changes,
but it is apparent that the user making those changes was using an original set
or a sealed set. Therefore, I am not likely to remove
from the inventory and replace it with

outright. An alternate would be the best possible scenario you could hope for
at this time. Since you cannot see what version you have in your sealed set,
I can't use that as reference either. For now, the requests for the hinges
will not be accepted.
Before any more changes are made in any more inventories concerning

I would like to see a 4276b added to the catalog (Hinge Plate 1 x 2 with 2 Fingers
and Hollow Studs) and 4276 marked for deletion. This will force all of the inventories
for these parts to be reexamined and we can reconsider this set then.
If you would care to get the ball rolling on that, please submit a 4276b to the
catalog referencing this post.

The submitted did many inventory change requests, but he/she did one single change
for these hinges

As I have checked many sets between 1985-87 for these sets, I found-out the hinges
were or are not correct. I have already submitted and changed many of them. I
don't think the submitter was aware of the variations. So far, I did not
encounter any set from 1985 or later coming with hinges with solid stud.
Similarly for the thin/thick clips 4081a or 4081b. Once I contacted many sellers
in US whoe listed yellow clips 4081a in their store and requested them to check
if they truly had yellow 4081a, or maybe 4081b. Most of those who replied me
didn't have 4081a, but 4081b!
I still think that only hinges with hollow stud came with this set. Maybe only
very few copies on early production came with hinges with solid stud, but that
would be something less than 1% of the total copies of this set.

I will hopefully do this over the weekend. I also take comparison photos between
4081a and 4081b, similarly for clips 4081a and 4081b.
