Inventory of this minifig was wrong from the beggining. As it is visible on image Imperial Logo is white not silver. 15310pb01 - this part's variants till today wasn't recognized. It has variant with white logo added today 15310pb02. They have also diffrent PCCs 6064224 vs. 6235174 Compare also here:

I checked
which have sw529
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?M=sw0529&in=B
as I have two of them (polish and english version) both have old variant
15310pb01 with silver logo

Death Star 75159-1 also have minfig with old variant 15310pb01 with silver logo
so mnifig sw529 is correct for now in this set.
