| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 1 Part x870a Black Electric, Train 4.5V Whistle Thick (match ID 5)
* Delete 1 Part x870cc02 Black Electric, Train 4.5V Whistle Thin with Black Base (Alternate) (match ID 5)
* Add 1 Part x870cc02 Black Electric, Train 4.5V Whistle Thin with Black Base

This set has never contained a thick Whistle. The think whistle has only existed in prototype form, and was used to make the pictures for the box and catalogs.
The picture of the Bricklink listing is just a scan from a catalog, from the box or from the instructions.
The whistle has not been listed for sale on bricklink for at least the last 6 yeas. Non of my contacts who know this set very well have ever seen this whistle, so I think we can conclude that set 118 has never been released with a thick whistle.

I will accept this request to remove x870a due to lack of evidence for its appearance
in this set. It can always be added back as an alternate if someone finds evidence
that it did appear in this set.
