I should have checked the inventory first before looking into this. 
First, the Dark Bluish Gray knives are already listed as an Alternate Item in
the set. Before I saw this, I had already found a *lot* of sets that showed the
knives as being Dark Bluish Gray. In fact, I have not found one yet that shows
the knives as being Chrome Silver. Since the alternate knives were added to the
inventory only four days after the original inventory was added, I have a hard
time believing the set ever came with Chrome Silver knives. Even the official
LEGO set images show Dark Bluish Gray knives. The Chrome Silver knives had also
not been used in sets for quite a while by the time this set came out, and this
set looks like an obvious outlier in the data. Therefore, I am going to approve
your request to change the Chrome Silver knives to Dark Bluish Gray and manually
remove the Dark Bluish Gray knives from the Alternate Items section.
Second, the Pearl Light Gray barbs are also already listed as an Alternate Item
in the set. Every set that I have found shows the barbs as being Pearl Light
Gray to Flat Silver in color, but none of them are White. Since the alternate
barbs were added to the inventory only two weeks after the original inventory
was added, I also have a hard time believing the set ever came with White barbs.
Even the official LEGO set images show Pearl Light Gray barbs. Therefore, I am
also going to approve your request to change the White knives to Pearl Light
Gray and manually remove the Pearl Light Gray barbs from the Alternate Items
section.
