I have looked at instructions online many times and cannot find where the two cones are used in the set.

I have looked at instructions online many times and cannot find where the two cones are used in the set.

They are used in Step 9 on Page 5 of the instructions. They are very hard to
see because they are used on the back of the boat, but the call-out photos above
that step show them both attached.

This request will not be accepted as the inventory is correct concerning these
parts.
