You cannot add stickersheets to the Counterparts section of an inventory in place
of stickered parts that are currently missing from the BrickLink catalog.

The correct procedure to follow is:

(1) Add the stickered parts to the BrickLink catalog:
https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=P

Help on adding items to the BrickLink catalog:

(2) Add images to the BrickLink catalog for the stickered parts:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page?itemType=P

Help on adding images to the BrickLink catalog:

(3) Fill out an Inventory Change Request to add the stickered parts to the inventory
after they are approved by the Catalog Associate.
