| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change 1 Part Blue {4276a Hinge Plate 1 x 2 with 2 Fingers and Solid Studs to hngpltS Hinge Plate 1 x 2 with Single Finger}
* Change 1 Part Blue {4275a Hinge Plate 1 x 2 with 3 Fingers and Solid Studs to hngpltD Hinge Plate 1 x 2 with Double Finger}

We do not usually accept change requests based upon box images or instructions
alone, as the box images or instructions can sometimes show completely different
parts than what actually came in the set. I would need much more substantial
evidence to accept these changes or add the variants as alternates.
For now, these requests will not be accepted.

This set is released in 1983, as is the set
which also comes with black hinges 4275a and 4276a

Indeed the hinges

were discontinued and replaced by
and
in 1983. If you check, you see that no sellers sell
or
in black or in blue (and none sold in the last 6 months). The blue or black hinges
hngpltS or hngpltD did never appear in the market.
The instructions of these two sets was designed BEFORE TLG decided to discontinue
those hinges.
