This request will be rejected.

You cannot add a plain part to the Counterparts section of an inventory in place
of a stickered part that is currently missing from the BrickLink catalog.

The correct procedure to follow is:

(1) Add the stickered part to the BrickLink catalog:
https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=P

Help on adding an item to the BrickLink catalog:
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=71

(2) Add an image to the BrickLink catalog for the stickered part:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page?itemType=P

Help on adding an image to the BrickLink catalog:
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=87

(3) Fill out an Inventory Change Request to add the stickered part to the inventory
after it is approved by the Catalog Associates/Administrators.

Cheers,
Randy

Yes, there is a lot to do, but at least we can start doing it again!

If you write up a new tutorial, I will be more than happy to edit it for grammar,
flow, etc.
