Is there a way to get a list of all known colors parts come in?
I don't necesseraly need to know the sets, where the combinations are used
but just a long list of parts and colors.
Or did someone already figured a way out to put this data together and can provide
a list?

The results don't have to be 100% complete and must not be up to date.

[… list of colours …]

Simpler: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogDownload.asp , and choose “Colors”.

But OP wants parts too. So, on the same page, select “Part and Color Codes”.
That’s the table of (Part+Color) = LEGO’s ElementID (the code shown in the BoM
in official instructions).
That’s not a complete list but it’s pretty long (45000+ elements I believe).
(If there’s a code, then the part obviously exists or existed.)

Or you open the “Color Guide” https://www.bricklink.com/catalogColors.asp and
parse all the pages linked under the column “Parts”.

That's what i was looking dir, thank you SylvainLS. I will take a look at
that list.
I was already thinking about writing a script that would pull the part list from
every set page...
