is it possible that this brick is not listed ? i only find the 2015 2016 and

I have a couple of similar bricks I can't find listed.

I'm pretty sure I read on here (can't remember if it was on the forum,
or the guidelines for part submission) that no more of this type of part would
be accepted as they are considered custom items, rather than an official LEGO
printed brick.
