The part you are trying to add is much smaller than the huge rubber band in this
book. In fact, it is not a rubber band at all. It's a rubber belt.
There is a note at the bottom of the inventory page for this book which states:
"Incomplete. Missing huge rubber band shown on parts list."
Upon looking, this huge rubber band is not in the BrickLink catalog, so the inventory
for now will remain incomplete.
This request will be rejected.

You would think so, right?!? 
Actually, I do not mind buying sealed sets for verifying the catalog when I want
them in my collection and the price is reasonable. For this one, the price was
reasonable, but I just didn't want it!
