| The source is from my personal collection. I just completed inventorying two
of these sets to add to my store. All the hinges were with the groove throughout.

| And were these sets from your personal collection originally bought new by you,
built by you, and did not have the parts of them mixed with any other sets?

| The sets were not bought new by me, but I did buy them as complete sets (set,
figures, box, instructions) in 2011/2012. I have checked a third 7675 that I
have, and all of the hinges in that set were also the with groove type.
The chance of all three sets having every hinge swapped before I bought them
would be extremely low I would think.

| The groove is small and located only on one side. I highly doubt you would be
able to discern that from the provided picture.
I don't mind one way or the other if it gets changed. Simply trying to make
the inventory a little more accurate.

All right. I finally got around to being able to look into this again. I am sorry
that it took a little bit, but we have been very busy with new set inventories
the last week and a half.
The good news is that I found images from two sealed sets that show the DBG hinges
with the groove. The images are attached. Therefore, that request will be accepted.
I have not found any good images yet to support the LBG hinges, but I will keep
looking.
