| Does anyone know if they are readily available anywhere/everywhere ?
I have the chance to buy others but that may not be possible after tomorrow.

I got the original image off S@H USA, which was where it was officially for sale
in October, though not any longer. The ISBN number is from Amazon USA, and they
are still using the same number, no difference at all. I'll order one from
Amazon in the USA as soon as possible after I've received the local version,
which will be a UK import, currently on back-order. Might be that both S@H USA
and Amazon USA used the publisher's information initially.

No I am not certain about that, this information is from online research.
