  hi,
just a while ago i heard that older baseplates are cut from bigger plates in
the factory
and have 1 or 2 sides that have a cuttingline

to avoid discussions [again] with buyers that ''think'' i cut
them,I was looking for some documentation or refference about that ,but cannot
seem to find this on internet.

does anyone have a link with info about that?
kind regards,Hans

I once had the same thing with a customer. Perhaps it is an idea for Bricklink
to mention this as "Additional Notes". with the product. As far as I know this
can not be found on the internet.

Hi Hans,

As I was the one that pointed it out to you

Here is a link that gives very little information but they do mention the cutting
of baseplates.

http://www.brickwiki.info/wiki/Baseplate

Hi

Picture was once posted by Ronald (cat.admin). I saved it on my special parts
folder.
