This stickersheet came in early releases of this set. add also the regular 1x4 bricks and the already in pattern red/white stripes pattern move to the alt. section. So make the '99' MID.

This is not redesigned set just stickered part changed to printed one so I don't
think these alternates qualify to get 99 MID just normal alternates MID will
do in my opinion.
