It was intersing case to study as Peeron
http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/720-1 and Toysperiod

both shows this part
being in quantity of two in this set.
This part is used for bulding helicopter in this set so logically this brick
should be on both side of model.
But there was something suspicious. Instruction is not helpful here it is showing
helicopter only from one side where this brick is added. But when you check carefully
images on front box of this set you have this helicopter from another side showed
and there is no brick with grill pattern. So that was a clue and made me suspicious
about this request. Finally I was sucesfull in confirming that there is only
one brick with grill pattern in this set  Against logic here

| OK, you're absolutely right, my mistake !
The box's photo is really helpful.
If I sum up all the "n X", we have 333 items and not 325 as written on the box
!
It would be 337 items if we consider the split of the 4 little wheels.
And 335 if we consider the minifig as 1 item instead of 3...
Here are the mistakes found in the inventory :
4275a Light Gray Hinge Plate 1 x 2 with 3 Fingers and Solid Studs --- should
be 3 instead of 2
3004 Red Brick 1 x 2 --- should be 4 instead of 5
3001 Red Brick 2 x 4 --- should be 1 instead of 5
4073 Trans-Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1 Straight Side --- should be 2 instead
of 4
3005 White Brick 1 x 1 --- should be 16 instead of 14
3665 White Slope, Inverted 45 2 x 1 --- should be 4 instead of 2

Thanks for checking
You can submite these changes I hadn't yet time to dig through this parts
list.
BTW small wheels should be whole assemblies in regular section not as separate
parts. This is what shows seald set contents (one of the links I provided). Parts
in regular section (beside minifigs) should be in assemblies in regular section
if parts list or sealed set content shows it.
