| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change 1 Part Red {47408 Duplo Cone 2 x 2 x 2 Square Base to 16195 Duplo Cone 2 x 2 x 2 Square Base with Bottom Tube}

How can I justify this change 
Maybe this reason will be good. I bought this set Seald for my kid, she played with it but we have only 18 sets of Duplo (10 normal ones and 8 polybags) and this is the only set which we have with this cone. So I have in my home only one this cone between hundreds others duplo parts and I checked and it is with bottom tube So it couldn't be messed with other cones 
Is it sufficient explanation of this change?
BTW Lego official inventory for this set also shows this newer variant.
Becose new variant wasn't in the catalog when set was inventoried I change it to confirmed variant. If later old one will be found in this set it can be added as alternate.
Old variant in official LEGO data appear in inventories from 2006 to 2009
This new one is listed in Duplo sets from 2013 to 2018
BTW I confirmed inventory of this set in 2016 but had no idea of this variant, maybe because it was first Duplo cone in my hand and there was nothing to compare

The Design ID 16195 is definitely in the range of Design IDs for parts released
in 2013, so I would tend to think TLG's date range for the part of 2013 to
2018 is correct. Being that DUPLO sets are so rarely purchased or verified by
members here, I doubt an alternate will ever be found and added.
