* Change 8 Part Black {4599b Tap 1 x 1 without Hole in Nozzle End to 4599a Tap 1 x 1 with Hole in Nozzle End}

Part was changed from undetermined, but this variant was listed as an alternate already.
Also, from the timeline, the inventory was added before 4599a was in the catalog, when the 4599 used to indicate the hole in end variant.

judgment) I approved your similar requests for sets 75044-1 and 9497-1. Please

Unfortunately, we have decided not to approve any of your pending requests for
jumper plates and 1 x 1 taps. For the set inventories in which these items are
undetermined, the variants need to be checked in actual sets (brand new sets,
although other sources will be considered).

Ok, I'll look for opportunities to verify with actual sets when I have a
