I believe submitter of this inventory copied the one from LEGO's database,
since there they class the Pharaoh headgear as tan (the base colour of the part)
and not the metallic gold of the paint-job over the top. Whereas similar parts
at bricklink are classed by the colour of the metallic paint.

I just look into this category.
I always thought tja in case of headgears main color of part in which part is
classified should be this which is uderside of part where stud attached. Some
examples from catalog
classified as red, uderside is red besides that almost whole external surface
is tan
classified as white

So maybe instead of this change this older one should be changed to be consistent
[p=90462pb03] Lego also classified it as tan and whole auder side is tan so in
my opinion should be as parts above which I presented as examples.

My concern with this change is that it will cause confusion, since the entire
exterior of the part is Metallic Gold (unlike the other parts cited, which have
sections of the base colour visible).
Perhaps Metallic Gold could be referenced in the name? Something such as: ”Minifig,
Headgear Headdress Mummy (Type 2) with Metallic Gold Printing and Thin Dark Azure
Stripes Pattern” / “Minifig, Headgear Headdress Mummy (Type 2) with Metallic
Gold Printing and Thin Dark Red Stripes Pattern“.

seen where the attachment point is.
