Look at the invebtory on BL. There are 699 parts.

There are 698 parts. The inventory on BrickLink is incorrect.

There are 698 parts. The inventory on BrickLink is incorrect.

Or the number on the box is incorrect. LEGO has screwed up the piece count on
the box more than once in the past.
