| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 4 Part 2453b Dark Bluish Gray Brick 1 x 1 x 5 - Solid Stud (Alternate) (match ID 9)
* Delete 3 Part 4599b Light Bluish Gray Tap 1 x 1 without Hole in Nozzle End (Alternate) (match ID 8)
* Change 1 Part Black {53989 Arm Mechanical, Exo-Force / Bionicle to 98313 Arm Mechanical, Exo-Force / Bionicle, Thick Support}
* Change 2 Part Black {44302 Hinge Plate 1 x 2 Locking with 2 Fingers on End (undetermined type) to 44302a Hinge Plate 1 x 2 Locking with 2 Fingers on End with Bottom Groove}
* Change 4 Part Dark Bluish Gray {2453 Brick 1 x 1 x 5 - Undetermined Stud Type to 2453b Brick 1 x 1 x 5 - Solid Stud} {match ID 9 to 0}
* Change 3 Part Light Bluish Gray {4599 Tap 1 x 1 - Undetermined Nozzle End to 4599b Tap 1 x 1 without Hole in Nozzle End} {match ID 8 to 0}
* Change 4 Part White {44302 Hinge Plate 1 x 2 Locking with 2 Fingers on End (undetermined type) to 44302a Hinge Plate 1 x 2 Locking with 2 Fingers on End with Bottom Groove}

Comments from Submitter:
checking Cars sets, own collection, never mixed with other sets.
* For the 53989 to 98313, found 98313 in 2 other Cars sets: 8639 and 9486.
* For the 2453 to 2453b change, the only 2453b I have here @ home (or still MISB sets). That's why I prefer to delete the alternate part.
* For the tap change, no 4599a found in 2011 sets or later, prefer to delete the alternate part.
* Because the MID's 8 and 9 are deleted, just change the 11 and 12 MID's to 8 and 9.

In my opinion
should be added to this set as alternate only to
Older one with "thin support" is still in many sets from 2011 and even 2012 and
then stops showing. I even have 53989 from 2012 set
8679 is from 2011. So it is very probably that in this sets can both variants
be found.

is in 2011 sets but only as an alternate and only in two sets 
These are last two examples of this variant occurence.
But I agree with you that this could be very very rare possibility to found it
in 2011 so change is accepted till somebody prove that actually found older variant
in this set.
BTW change from undetermined to "a" variant in these two SW sets was made in
2016 without any prove. Checked the logs.
