I was wondering how to go about adding the stickered piece counter parts to sets.
I have 30350b from 79013 and want to add it to my store but there is no entry
for the stickered version.

You can create the parts here -

https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=P

you can upload the photos for the items you create here -

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page?itemType=P

then once the parts are confirmed by admin, you can add them as counterparts
to the entries for each set here -

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogInvChange.asp?itemType=S
