I have two newly opened copies of this set and it does not contain two Trans Clear Slope elements number 3040, the inventory printed on the box makes a 1 x 2 Trans Clear Brick look like a 1 x 2 Trans Clear Slope.

I bought them specifically for these Trans Clear slope elements that turned out not to be present due to an inventory error.
