The inventory note for this set makes it clear that every set came with the blue *and* black parts. Therefore, the black parts should be in the regular items section and not the extras. Please keep the inventory note, though, but change it to "The blue parts can be swapped with the black parts for the baseball player to represent the Chicago Cubs or the Chicago White Sox."
