| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 2 Part 4599 Light Bluish Gray Tap 1 x 1 - Undetermined End (match ID 1)
* Change 2 Part Light Bluish Gray 4599b Tap 1 x 1 without Hole in End {Alternate to Regular} {match ID 1 to 0}

Pictures from sealed set opening on Brickshelf uploaded in May, 2009. Photos
first show sealed bag and then one of the built alternate models. In both photos
the tap without hole in nozzle end is shown.

| Sorry to bother you, but I don't understand why the addition of the 'b'
variant as alternate on Oct 29, 2010 by RandyF is any different than finding
the 'b' variant now in sealed sets?

I think is becasue eight years ago was diffrent situation, we had main part which
was added when this set had been inventoried, then in 2009 was created "b" variant,
it was very new variant in that time so possibly less people knew about it and
made mistakes. Other pepole were finding this new variants in sets in that time
like Randy and was adding new found variant as alternate without questioning
if the set was originally correctly inventoried. Now after time we have better
knowledge about this variant and we can rechecked some sitation I think  Also
different inventory admins through Bricklink history had different approach to
some inventories issues 
BTW in that time I wasn't even on Bricklink yet So just my assumptions

And your assumptions would be correct! 
By the way, you and Robert are doing a great job as Inventory Admins. I still
miss Jennifer being around, but you two have filled her void awesomely. Hopefully,
you two will help to lead the BrickLink inventories in wonderful new directions.
