The alternate is 4599b therefore the regular is 4599a

This change was rejected so that a different change could be made:

Apparently a change cannot be requested for a part if another change request
is pending for the same part in the same set. If someone finds a copy of the
set with a hole in the nozzle end, then that person can prove it with sealed
set contents to get the nozzle hole end variant added to the inventory.
