It means that a person has carefully examined the sealed contents of a set and
verified the part for which they're requesting changes. For some members,
their conscientious attention to detail as evidenced by a history of reliability
results in approval without requiring evidence.
In your case, you have been repeatedly wrong on a wide variety of issues (including
at least one instance where the evidence which you yourself provided proved you
wrong). You have also relied significantly on guesswork based on questionable
methods.
I believe you when you say that you checked with a sealed set, but to change
the inventory you will need to show some proof.

If you feel like I am treating you unfairly or that I have spoken to you harshly,
then the appropriate action now would be to contact Russell and share your concerns.
He has the ability to remove me from the Inventories Administrator position.

If you feel like I am treating you unfairly or that I have spoken to you harshly,
then the appropriate action now would be to contact Russell and share your concerns.

At this point, I rely on your sense of what you think is fair or correct. I share
with you my concerns but you didn't give any feedback and from the above
comment, it seems that you don't think you were unfair.

I know it was changed already but just to confirm the dimpled ends version present
in my copy from my younger years (I had no other sets with a boat weight in so
must be from this)
