I'm tryin to add the inventory to the coluni09 minifig, but the page doesn't
show me the 'add item' button. Why?

I'm not sure. The inventory is pending approval, so you should have the
ability to add items to it. Try going here:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogAdd.asp?utm_content=subnav

Click on your inventories pending approval and then on the "Edit Inv" button.
You should be able to edit from there. Let me know if it's still not working
for you.
