If the submitter is unwilling to provide evidence for the requested change, then
I see no reason to approve it.
Could the request be correct? Yes, but it could just as easily be wrong (as
could Rebrickable's inventory). I couldn't locate images of the parts
list for this set anywhere, but Peeron lists a 2 x 10 blue brick.

an answer. I get an e-mail at thursday with the request for a photo - thats why

No problem. This photo now remain in this thread in case of any doubts in the
future. There is no other info available on the web about this set, so your photo
is the only one which is conclusive in this case.
