 Subject: Help for solving an NSS from a Turkish buyer

After 18 years on BrickLink I need Help from you guys...
2 things:

- I am hit by an NSS from a newbie Turkish buyer, because we made a counting
mistake with his order. Instead of a simple message, he filed an NSS. Oh well,
no stress here, all solved, but he does not know how to remove the NSS
BUT
I have never had (or given) an NSS and I also have no idea (from a Buyers perspective)
how you set the Order from NSS to Completed.
...I feel a little but dumb...can someone explain me how it works??

- the Buyer seems not to understand much of the English language, so I would
to like to send the solution to him in Turkish.
Anybody who can help me with the translation?? (non-Google...)

If You Filed the Alert Against Someone Else
If you filed a Non-Paying Buyer Alert, Non-Shipping Seller Alert or Non-Responding
Seller Alert against someone else and need to remove it, visit the Problem Order
page and enter the order number. On the next page,
there will be an option to remove the NSS/NRS/NPB penalty. Select this option
and click on "Take Action". The order will be reset back to "Pending" status
once this has been completed

  visit the Problem Order page

https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrder.asp

  and enter the order number.

  On the next page, there will be an option to remove the NSS/NRS/NPB penalty.

send an email to the help desck or admin with the proof you have solved the problem
(refund or resend the missing parts )
