Set was inventoried based on instruction which shows this minifig having DBG
hands, then never verified from sealed set content, instruction can be see here
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-sWCBGyP_Fa4/T4x4pX-fNyI/AAAAAAAAWN0/5eki3cCGPxw/s1600/5532b.jpg
but if you have proof from seald set content that minifig in this set is different
it will be changed. In this case set picture isn't enough. As for now inventory
is correct due to source given.

Marek

P.S. I see this is very rare polybag, no listining, no price guide, also in google
almost nothing shows.

I will leave this request for now, neither rejecting nor aproving, maybe someone
can give some proof which minifig is in based on sealed set content.

I did a significant amount of searching for both the set and the Ravensburger
puzzle with no luck.

The closest I came was a used puzzle set in a past auction which included the
car already built. The auction was for only the puzzle/car and the hands were
yellow. It's not solid proof, but if I were guessing I'd say the hands
were probably yellow and the instructions are a misprint.

However, I agree with you that the request should only be approved upon someone
offering hard proof.

What an elusive set and I thought that your Dacta/Educational are enough elusive

I propose to leave it for few days, maybe a week (If you want can be more). Maybe
somebody can resolve this problem and give some additional proof. If not then
note could be added to inventory, maybe like this:
"Set photo and instruction shows different color of hands of minifigure. Current
invenotry should be confirmed from seald set content, what minifig occur in this
set" you can correct it as native speaker.

I don't know if this is helping or adding to complexicity:

Photo 1 from Auction N1
262675621869

Photo 2-3 from Auction N2
152969147798

Photo 4-6 from the same seller of auction N2
152969145826

It would be interesting to compare with the set
[p=7239-1]

I haven't yet found a time-travel machine otherwise I would go to 2005 and
check by myself!

Maybe it is simply an alternate version...
maybe both versions were made...

Both versions were in use in 2005.

Yes it was.
I was told not copy-paste the link of Ebay. I don't see any difference in
doing that or giving the item Id and saying it was Ebay

This is not so old set (like sets from 80s) and there are many strictly polybag
collectors so somebody should have it. Problem is that was sold only in one
country and as promotional item added only to puzzles.

Yes, still digging to learn more about it and found out that for example here
https://brickset.com/sets/5532-1/Fire-Car in inventory it is shown with yellow
hands, but this inventory can be wrong because shows too many parts checking
part color code 4275338 no better it shows https://www.bricklink.com/catalogListOld.asp?q=4275338

Part No: 973pb0300c02 Name: Torso Fire Uniform Gold Badge, Silver Reflective Stripes, Dark Bluish Gray Radio Pattern / Black Arms / Dark Bluish Gray Hands
*
973pb0300c02 (Inv) Torso Fire Uniform Gold Badge, Silver Reflective Stripes, Dark Bluish Gray Radio Pattern / Black Arms / Dark Bluish Gray Hands
Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.

Part No: 973pb0300c01 Name: Torso Fire Uniform Gold Badge, Silver Reflective Stripes, Dark Bluish Gray Radio Pattern / Black Arms / Yellow Hands
*
973pb0300c01 (Inv) Torso Fire Uniform Gold Badge, Silver Reflective Stripes, Dark Bluish Gray Radio Pattern / Black Arms / Yellow Hands
Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.
so our database shows both
So either set front image or instruction is wrong or maybe this set has alternate?
Only somebody who check seald set can help. There must be somone because
Brickset database shows "370 people own this set"

973pb0300c01 (Inv) Torso Fire Uniform Gold Badge, Silver Reflective Stripes, Dark Bluish Gray Radio Pattern / Black Arms / Yellow Hands

so our database shows both
So either set front image or instruction is wrong or maybe this set has alternate?
Only somebody who check seald set can help. There must be somone because
Brickset database shows "370 people own this set"

On Brickset we can see that the LEGO replacement part catalog shows this element
number with yellow hands: https://brickset.com/parts/4275338
Usually these details are correct on the element images (but I know that they
can be misleading sometimes).

Set No: 5532 Name: Fire Car polybag
*
5532-1 (Inv) Fire Car polybag
28 Parts, 1 Minifigure, 2005
Sets: Town: City: Fire

* Delete 1 Minifig cty020 Fire - Reflective Stripes, Black Legs, White Fire Helmet, Cheek Lines, Dark Bluish Gray Hands

Comments from Submitter:
The picture of the polybag show the minifig with YELLOW hands, but the inventory specifies DARK BLUISH GRAY hands.

I paste instruction here.

Interesting that the photo- and assembly images in the instructions do not match
each other.

I'm aproving addition of cty043 to the inventory but as an alternate to existing
one. Based on evidence showed by member SezaR. I'm leaving in inventory cty020
because there is also in this thread photo of this set with minifig having DBG
hands. Both torso were used by LEGO in 2005 also (year os set release). Inventory
source is instruction so version showed in instruction will be still the main
one.

One more thing about its inventory.
Inventory was based on instruction and also based on instruction extra was added
It is clear because in inv change log there is no trace of adding later any
parts or extras. So extra in this set is anticipaded
