Comments from Submitter:
The official part count for set is 190 parts and set currently includes 191 parts.

Only 10 blank tiles are visible in current set photo. I've also looked at several used sets and it seems fairly evident that the set only included 10 blank tiles.

It confirms that the number should be 10.
