| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change 2 Part Bright Light Orange {26597 Brick, Modified 1 x 2 with Handle on End - Bar Inset from Edge of Handle to 34816 Brick, Modified 1 x 2 with Handle on End - Bar Flush with Edge of Handle}

I found the new variant in the set in my personal collection. This variant was not yet in the catalog when this set was inventoried. It's the only set that has the part in this color and it seems unlikely that Lego would produce both variants in a new color. Maybe viejos can confirm which variant was in the set that he used to submit the inventory.

Can somebody explain me who Russel is, who Admin_Russel is and who viejos is?
Are these ids belong to one, two or three people? (or more than three?)
