This set has alternate license plates, when you build it on the front and rear
car should has the same licence plate. So when you want set witch licence plate
'CALIFORNIA P51 AK1' you are using two yellow 1x3 tiles on front and
rear. The same with 'QLD CAD-156'. Rest is OK because when on front is
'MAT 278B' on 1x4 tile on rear it has equivalent on two 1x3 tiles with
'MAT' and '278B'. In invnetory there is also needed quantity
of those tiles, so two yellow 1x3 and four black 1x3.
