This set was released until 1979. The part came first in 1982 (or 1983?).
These changes will not be approved because:
(a) The set was in production until 1979 and the hollow stud part was in production
prior to that time.
(b) The person who added the alternate parts is a very reliable source.
I'm not sure what information or source you've used to come to the conclusion
that the hollow stud part wasn't released until 1982 (or 1983), but this
information is not correct.
