This is a perfect example of why we want to include counterparts in the partout
process. Many/most sellers parting this set out will want to sell whole Porgs
instead of the loose parts.

It used to be that such assemblies were added to the Regular section of the inventory,
but that causes its own set of problems, notably that although we can "break"
minifigs, we can't "break" part assemblies. And if we could, we'd also
break a lot of part assemblies that came together and/or really should stay together.

As for classifying animals or other assemblies as minifigs - yes, it solves the
partout problem, but it also further clogs an already congested field that has
plenty of its own inherent issues with classification, definition, and identification.

If you are seller and would like to voice your support for a change to the partout
system, please post in this thread or send me a PM.
