Buying Privileges - OK
While shopping, I would like to see the option to limit my search according to
country.For example, I live in the USA and I don't want to buy outside of
the USA. I would like to be able to search items only in the USA. Thanks.

So use the existing country filter.

You can already do this, just hit 'more options', then hit the 'seller
location' buttons.

As the others have stated, it's in-place already.

It's the "more options" link just below the "Search" tab on the right-side
of each listings page.

However, if you go to your "Search Settings" page you can check the box shown
below, so that the added search option will show by default. Just slightly more
expedient.
