| I would like to see the possibility to overwrite S&H for any given item, the
same way we can put our own dimensions/weight.
We could offer free shipping by setting it to 0 or for example a flat $10 shipping
fee. Either only for domestic shipping and two values, one for International,
one for Domestic.
When browsing, buyer could see a specific free/flat shopping icon.
If the item with specific shipping is bundled with other items, it would be excluded
from the calculation and its flat shipping fee added to the result (if any).
Further more, in search filters, we could select items with free/flat shipping.

I think that would make it more complicated for buyers.

Sounds too complicated but the separate domestic/international setting reminds
me of how I have different handling fees ($1 US/$1.50 foreign) and have to put
the international one manually
