Hello Admin,

Please consider adding a link to Item in Order Removal Request when clicking
the Problem Order link on the Order Details page.

Currently it's only possible to Cancel the order or start NPB, NRS or NSS.
It would be much useful have IORR added.

Thank you.

I don't see the purpose.

Whan a buyer (or seller) wants to make an Item in Order Removal Request, they
go to the order page, they see “problem,” and they can’t file an IORR, they can
only cancel, or file an NRS or an NSS (or an NPB).
Then they need to search where the Megablock they can file an IORR.
So they either limit themselves to a BL message (which will be answered by “just
file an IORR”) or go full throttle and ask to cancel the whole thing.

Is this because Order Item Removal is only available for some payment statuses?
