This is one of 3 sets that had the special 1 x 1 round plate later added to the
end of the fire hose:
See the attached images of the early version of the set *without* the part.
This is what I would call a "zero-quantity" alternate, because one version of
the inventory does not contain the part and there are no other associated changes.
This has been handled different ways by different admins, but in the case of
these three sets, I feel it would be best to make them all the same in this respect.
My suggested fix (the lone alternate approach) follows the example in set 4441:
Other approaches include adding the item as extra, attaching a non-changing part,
or simply adding a note. The only issues with the lone alternate approach in
the case of these 3 fire sets is that the part also came as an extra, AND apparently
the switch to the new version happened rather early. So the majority of these
sets *did* come with the part.
