Do we really have to now go through each Wanted List to apply an order's
contents? The old way had an option to let you remove those items (in bulk) after
ordering/invoicing. It would be nice to have that option back, instead of this
new system that does not seem to allow removal of those items until the user
goes back to each individual Want List.

Even putting that "Apply Order" button on the Main Wanted List (or from the Orders
Placed) page could help.

For instance, I received an order with missing pieces. Now it looks like I have
to go through each Wanted List (currently 9) to see which one the missing items
belong to, in order to add those pieces back.

Also, having the Wanted List name listed by each piece on an Order could possibly
help users with multiple lists as well.

The old way is still there. On your "orders placed" page you will see the order
number and the name of the store, in between those two items you will see some
icons, these icons are shortcuts. The one that looks like a scroll or paper
is the one you want. It will show you everything on the order that is currently
in all of you wanted lists. You can delete and remove whatever pieces you no
longer want on your list or you can adjust the number needed and save it.

I hope that helps.

Actually, it’s not very helpful (the search, not your post ): it only gives
you lots that are in your wanted lists and in the order. You still have to have
the order open beside to know how many you ordered (and color/condition if they
are N/A in the WL).

So you have two useless possibilities:
1. that search, which allows you to see all matching lots in all WL without help
and then you have to edit them one by one,
2. the “Apply Order” button, which you have to do on every WL you have but applies
automatically (with editing possible). Problem: it only modifies the “Have” field
which is not visible in shops and is not used for auto-fill.

cjgordon's suggestion about the icons in the order placed page does help,
but I needed to use the Customize Display button first, in order to put check
boxes in the "Items in my Order on My Wanted Lists", and "Number of Items and
Lots in Order". After that the scroll icon showed up, allowing me to bring up
the search page for that order. On each line it shows what Wanted List it was
from, so that looks like it will help for checking in orders.

Thanks for your help and responses. =D
