shipping costs to buyers. Please add this functionality to the Quotes section
as the same calculations need to be done there. It will be a year before the
automated checkout is fully functioning and in the meantime, sellers should be
able to utilize the these calculations in Quotes. When I last discussed this
topic with QA Ryan, he stated that it would not be difficult to include this
function.
