| Under the new design, there are no set numbers visible when in the shopping cart.
That's a huge problem.
You can't even mouse-over something and get a pop-up that includes the set
number. So once something's in my cart, I've no way of checking it against
my database to make sure I want it.

| Realised I wanted to say more...
There's also no way of telling what kind of item is in my cart (set or instructions,
for example).
And even when within the shop, it's hard to tell whether an item is a set
or instructions or a box (or some combination), since the type only appears in
the link hierarchy, not next to the item description. Frankly, that's asking
for trouble -- people are going to buy things expecting one thing and getting
another.

Good one!
That information should be clear also.

This is true for the new Wanted List as well. No way to distinguish between
box, instructions, set.

It is not just sets, it is all item numbers. They are also missing for parts
and I assume for gear, instructions, boxes etc also.
Please add item numbers to all items in the cart.

| I keep picking up on other issues. Seems like some usability testing may have
been skipped...
1. [More] links (featuring additional info about an item) do not appear in the
Cart, nor in many other cases. For example, if I click on "Space" under "Sets"
in the shop, I don't get the [More] link. To see it, I have to click the
set number in the hierarchy, which then just shows me that one set, with no extra
info (except the [More] link). This is rather poor design. Every click should
be useful, and unnecessary clicks eliminated.
2. The Shopping Cart screen is formatted with fixed width and no scroll bars.
So it's impossible to see the Order Summary (including price, and Proceed
button) if your screen is narrow, and the browser window needs to be enlarged
on other devices. You cannot assume a particular window width. Again, sloppy
design and testing.
I'm certain I'll be picking up on a lot more issues -- I haven't
actually used the site much for ages. Wouldn't it be simpler if you just
did some proper usability testing? With someone who actually uses the site?
Feeling rather frustrated, here.

| One more for tonight.
When you remove an item from your Shopping Cart, the order of items changes.
Looks like the last item in the list moves into the position you just deleted.
This is very counterintuitive, and likely to cause the buyer to forget to delete
items that are no longer in the position they expect.
Surely items should just sort on item type and item number?
