Just fixing your post, as BL forum doesn't like these less-than/greater-than
chars (I don't know the answer for this):

[SHIPMETHODID-EQ:{value}]
{text to show}
[/SHIPMETHODID-EQ:{value}]

If I try to customize my invoice info I got error.
So I think it should be shHipmethodid (twice HH)
