| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Add 1 Part 4592c01 Black Lever Small Base with Yellow Lever (Extra)
* Add 1 Part 3070bp06 Yellow Tile 1 x 1 with Red and Black Buttons Pattern (Extra)
* Add 10 Part 3003old Black Brick 2 x 2 without Inside Supports (Alternate) (match ID 2)
Comments from Submitter:
Just counted this set from original owner. His sets (not many) have been assambled once or twice. This one comes with (at least, not sure of other extra parts) an extra lever and printed tile. Could not possibly be from one of his other sets.
Also contained 3003old in black instead of 3003, don't know, maybe the set got inventoried for BL before this partvariation was distiguished, might have been produced standard with 3003old?
Hope I filled out the request change form correct.

Congratulations on finding an original source!
The 3003old part was not added to any inventory until last year, and we knew
at the time that it had not switched to the new version (3003) until the mid
eighties *at least*. This is not the only late appearance of the part - see this
