Not sure if this qualifies as a true extra, so this request can be disregarded, but I did find an extra of this part in 3 out of 6 sets.

Thanks for mentioning the number of sets, etc. This is very helpful to us when
approving requests, and it serves as a record for future users.
If you ever want to see if something has been deemed an extra before, just click
on the Item Appears In link, scroll to the bottom and find where it lists the
extras:

So far there are 6 sets with this part listed as an extra.

I did actually take a look at that page but still figured I'd let the inventory
admins make the call on this one since its appearance was inconsistent! Another
interesting thing I observed (not that it makes a difference to the inventory)
about this batch of sets was that in three of them, the black bar 6L was inside
the large bag, and in the other three it was inside the smaller bag inside the
larger bag. This probably corresponds to the three sets with the extra strings.
I purchased all 6 from the same store but perhaps they were packaged at different
facilities or at different times.
