I've checked every source and it appears you are correct. But it's such
a strange situation to have that one part just sitting in there, I'll wait
for a week before approving the request.
Are you working from a sealed set?

I have been doing more digging on this and found that the Tan 3749 is indeed
part of the original version of the set. It is replaced by a Red 32062 in the
redesigned version. Apparently the 3749 was creating too much resistance.
