| Here's a suggestion to improve the onsite payment process. I had an order
where the seller needed to adjust quantity after I had paid using an onsite method.
They used the item removal tool, and I approved. But approving the order changed
the status from paid to updated, and now appears as unpaid.
Suggestion: Upon approval of item removal in a paid order, automatically initiate
a refund using the onsite method, and retain the "paid" status on the order.

The other related issue to this is that an echeck payment automatically marks
the order as "paid" right away...even if the echeck does not clear or complete.
You also cannot change the status out of paid for those.
