The inventory for this set shows 2 Blue Flags, but the actual bucket shows the flags to be Green, not Blue. You can see the color of the flags in the stock image for Set 1796, plus I have a picture of the inventory list that is on the outside of the bucket and the flags are clearly Green, not Blue.
